Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which subscriptions and payments made for OLOPRIME services are handled. By purchasing a subscription or other paid service, you agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

3. Refund Policy
All payments made to OLOPRIME are generally non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided simply because:
- The content available on OLOPRIME does not match your personal preferences or expectations.
- You decide to stop using the service after purchasing a subscription.
- You have watched or accessed any part of the subscription content.
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- Your personal requirements or viewing preferences are not met by the available content.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered only where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or verified technical issues that permanently prevent access to the subscribed service despite reasonable support efforts.
5. Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another third-party platform, refunds are subject to the policies of that respective platform. OLOPRIME cannot approve or process refunds for purchases made through third-party payment providers.
6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If your account is charged multiple times for the same purchase or a payment is processed incorrectly, please contact our support team. Verified duplicate or erroneous transactions will be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
7. Changes to This Policy
OLOPRIME reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
